Hello and welcome! The ideal candidate will assist the office by performing a variety of tasks.
Core Job Duties (but not limited to):
- Greet and check-in patients
- Ensure patient information is correct.
- Collect appropriate fees and process payments.
- Handle telephone calls regarding patient accounts and notify appropriate staff
- Provide information about available services provided by the clinic.
- Appointment scheduling
- Registering new patient accounts
- Verify Insurance eligibility
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in a medical outpatient office.
- Required: Graduate of certified Medical Assistant program
- Knowledge of EMR System
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Willingness to grow and acquire new skills
Requirements:
- Spanish Speaker
- Provide the highest quality of Customer Service
- Ability to be a team player and adjust to changing daily needs
- Receptive to feedback
- Must be compliant with health care regulations (e.g., HIPAA, scope of practice)

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 am to 5 pm
- Monday to Friday
