As the first point of contact for our valued patients, you’ll set the tone for an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with medical and aesthetic procedures, and be mentored by internationally renowned Board-Certified Dermatologist Kristine Romine, MD, who has a passion for raising up the next generation of leaders! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area.
• Check-in patients and collect necessary documentation.
• Check-out patients and handle payment for services and product purchases.
• Update patient records accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow.
• Address patient concerns and complaints with professionalism, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Stay informed about our services, promotions, and policies.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Assist MD/NP during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Perform basic medical procedures, such as documenting patient medical histories, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions to patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and charts.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in dermatology and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimize operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
