We are seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team and become part of our dynamic practice. Responsibilities: -Administer medications and treatments -Oversee basic preventive care appointments -Triage urgent care patients and assist veterinarian in sick patient workup and

treatment -Run in-house diagnostics -Prep samples for referral laboratories -Patient sample collection, venipuncture -Coordinate prescription refills -Possibility of monitoring anesthesia/ surgery (degree/experience dependent)

Requirements: -Certified Veterinary Technician or equivalent degree -Veterinary experience- 2 years minimum -Excellent verbal communication skills -Actively engaged in learning new skills -Able to learn software systems (including electronic medical records systems) -Ability to handle and work in a busy environment. Interest in exotics is a must, experience with exotics is a plus.

Pay: $23 - $28.00 per hour
