We are looking for Behavior technicians to join our team at the following locations: Mount Laurel, NJ, Medford, NJ and Delran, NJ, Medford NJ.

Candidates will be screened and interviewed in person, all paperwork and orientation will occur, and new hire paperwork will be returned via in person. Fingerprinting appointments will have to take place on-site at NJ Department of Education approved Idemia/IdentiGo locations.

The perfect candidate for this job is a BACB-certificated Registered Behavioral Technician. We are able to accept applicants without the certification, as we will train on-site and via remote learning platform.

Job can include providing 1:1 daily support, shadowing, and/or classroom aide for students who have developmental, emotional and behavioral needs.

Clients may need assistance in classroom tasks, routines, or academic support (if in school). Staff may also be expected to assist teacher with classroom tasks or academic supports. In some cases, assistance with hygiene (including toileting) may be necessary.

Previous experience with behavior management skills and/or Applied Behavior Analysis impacts starting rate.

New hire will need:

- Attend 2-full day New Hire Orientation

- Job-specific training (HWC, CPR/FA, ITT)
