Human Resource Business Partner
We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner for a senior living facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This person will be responsible for leading a thriving system of support and development for all personnel with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and being an ADP subject matter expert!
Salary: $80K plus
On-site Position- with the opportunity to work from home 1x week.

Manage and continuously improve Human Resource programs and processes that support company culture and align with the division's strategic direction and goals. Serve as a business partner to the leadership team and as a trusted advisor for all employees.
General Responsibilities:

- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Union experience preferred
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
