We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in CNC machining & manufacturing management for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Collins!

Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday; with occasional Saturdays as required)

Pay: $60K-$85K depending on experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC Machining experience, ideally in aerospace manufacturing.
• 5+ years of CNC Manufacturing Management experience.
• Experience working with manufacturing based technology, processes, and principles.
• BA/BS Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or technical degree related to industrial or manufacturing discipline (preferred)
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams including Shop Foreman, Shift Supervisors, CNC Applications Engineer, Facilities Supervisor, and Tool Crib Supervisor.
• Drive adherence to the company’s Quality Management System and Core Values: Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork, Leadership, and Quality.
• Oversee CNC machining operations, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement policies to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with HR to hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
• Contribute to long- and short-term planning for production capacity and major projects.
