Accounting Administrator (9787)
Our North Dallas area client is looking for an accounting administrator. They will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, data entry, audit support, and administrative tasks as needed.
Keys:
- GL accounting experience required.
- Proactive and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Comfortable in a vibrant, dynamic, fast-growing office culture.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and good work ethic.
- Desire to fill this role in a long-term capacity.
- Experience in Concur is beneficial.
Duties:
- Open, organize, and scan mail items.
- ACH setup for multiple entities.
- Manage day to day data transmission of Concur AP and run weekly extract/upload to accounting system.
- Booking journal entries.
- Bank reconciliations.
- AR invoicing - field data management.
- Monthly check printing and distribution.
- Mail outgoing checks.
- Scan and file check copies.
- Retrieve audit support as requested.
