Who We’re Looking For:

• Do you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field?
• Do you have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or bookkeeping 
• Are you an expert in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel?
• Can you work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a team environment?
• Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle complex accounting tasks?

Your Role:

• Accurately process incoming payments, invoices, and transactions, ensuring all financial records are compliant with company policies.
• Manage the accounts payable database, performing monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements to keep everything on track.
• Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices while tracking and maintaining up-to-date records of receivables.
• Proactively communicate any discrepancies or delays in payments to management, helping us stay ahead of potential issues.
• Assist in year-end financial audits and compile data for CPA reporting, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our financial accuracy.
• Handle special projects and other AP tasks as needed, always maintaining confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
