Hydrology Wellness job overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in aesthetics and cosmetic nursing. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical weight loss, injectables, IV wellness, and hormone replacement therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Administer injections such as Botox or fillers as well as IVs.
- Provide patient education on treatment options and medication management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient encounters accurately
- Educate patients on proper self-care techniques post injections
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with current medical research and best practices in primary care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols
- Revise and create protocols for different initiatives and programs the wellness center offers.

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in FL
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical skills, including experience administering injections, sutures, and IV insertion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
