To support our growth, Luna Aesthetics Group is hiring a Certified Nurse Practitioner responsible for administering non-invasive services- injectables, EBD treatments and micro needling. This role will be in one of our platform's luxury medspas located in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan.

This role reports to a regional manager and has a support staff including but not limited to an experienced trainer and clinical lead. In addition, this is a high visibility role with support from our senior management team
Ideal candidates are highly professional and personable Nurse Practitioners with a passion for aesthetics and the desire to work and grow within a high growth Company. This position is for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) only.
Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic procedures that include, but are not limited to neurotoxins, fillers, and microneedling in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies & procedures, and all other governing standards.
· Establish professional relationships with guests by taking a proactive approach to ensure our guests have best-in-class service that is tailored to their needs and aesthetics goals.
· Place the highest standards on safety and patient care through strict adherence to all regulations and protocol.
· Possess a deep understanding of all available service and treatment options and techniques in order to deliver the right outcomes for individual guests.
· Create a comprehensive treatment plan to effectively educate our guests on each procedure’s pre-care, post-care risks, and potential side-effects.
· Assess the signs of aging, identify the structure of the face & skin, and clarify the guest’s desired outcome to properly educate the guest on their options, building trust and providing the best possible guest experience.
· Measure and evaluate effectiveness of protocols and make adjustments when necessary
· Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration by partnering and consulting with practitioners and associates across multiple locations.
· Recommend improvements to operations or other aspects of the business when opportunities arise.
· Proactively seek continuous education opportunities to ensure ongoing development and expertise.
· Accomplish daily tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high quality of work through expert time management and communication skills.
· Act as a positive aspect of the overall culture and image of the site and Luna Aesthetics Group overall.
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
· Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree
· Active license in Michigan
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Self-aware, seeks feedback and proactively seeks development opportunities
· Communicates with transparency and operates with a high level of emotional maturity
· Love and commitment about the industry
· Ability to relate and work with patients with all types of experience from first timers to veterans
