Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, and EmSculpt NEO body contouring. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who values excellent patient care, safety, and top-notch customer service and enjoys growing their skills and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers with precision and expertise.
• Perform microneedling treatments to enhance skin texture and tone.
• Provide EmSculpt NEO body contouring services to support clients in achieving their body goals.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess needs, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and best practices to ensure a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for each client.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Foster a positive and professional atmosphere within the medspa.

Qualifications:

• Current NP (Nurse Practitioner) license in Ohio
• Certification and proven experience in administering Botox and dermal fillers.
• Training and hands-on experience with microneedling and EmSculpt NEO.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.

Schedule:

• Part-time position with flexible hours to accommodate both weekday and occasional weekend availability.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate or per-service payment structure, based on experience.
