We are seeking a highly detailed and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our financial operations, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, modeling and NetSuite to assist in accomplishing our operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to inform company decision making.
2. Prepare and maintain financial and business models, translating business scenarios into financial performance.
3. Establish, monitor, and maintain a comprehensive multi-year budgeting process.
4. Review and analyze financial results to ensure budget/forecast accuracy.
5. Use NetSuite to maintain and improve system processes to enhance the performance of financial operations.
6. Collaborate with departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
7. Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend business opportunities and investments.
8. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed.
9. Ensure accurate financial reporting by maintaining knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (an MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is preferred).
2. A minimum of three years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
3. Proficiency in NetSuite and other financial software programs.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting methodologies.
5. Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
8. Strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines, process, and protocols.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments.
