We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Analyst in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and supporting various technology systems that are crucial for our operations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, addressing technical issues, and ensuring the smooth running of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, support, and maintenance of various technological systems.

• Provide technical support for the E911 system, including circuits, call answering, and recording equipment.

• Serve as the primary contact for configuration and support issues across all technology systems.

• Assist with the maintenance of hardware and software infrastructure for the Public Safety Radio System.

• Contribute to the creation of technical and operational procedures and policies.

• Play a crucial role in lifecycle planning to enhance system performance and anticipate future trends and operational needs.

• Maintain an inventory of technology and equipment, ensuring their effective utilization.

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new or updated technology components.

• Engage in the budgeting process by recommending technological investments.

• Employ SQL, software/hardware troubleshooting, and enterprise-level application support skills to maintain system efficiency.

• Support CAD software applications and interfaces, offering troubleshooting and solutions as necessary.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Database management and SQL Database

• Strong knowledge of Hardware and Software systems and strong troubleshooting experience is a must.

• Prior experience with CAD Software is preferred

• Demonstrated skills in Hardware and Software Troubleshooting

• Proven record of excellent Customer Service

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
