Exciting Hybrid Position Available! Our expansive retail organization is currently on the search for a seasoned Technical and Lease Accounting Manager. As the driving force behind our lease accounting function, you will also lend your proficiency to our technical accounting function, helping to conduct research for a diverse range of transactions.

We value experienced individuals, and as such, potential candidates who would thrive in this role will have at least 3 or more years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or lease accounting (ASC 842). A CPA accreditation is an essential requirement for this role; while experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required
• Prior experience working in a Big 4 Accounting Firm is preferred
• Familiarity with ASC 842 lease accounting standard
• Experience in Public Accounting
• Experience in conducting Public Accounting Audits
