We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our Service industry team in Irving, Texas. The role involves overseeing various accounting functions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting process improvements. This role is an integral part of our team, driving the success of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly financials in SAP and provide support to the accounting team on complex transactions.
• Perform thorough checks on intercompany accounts, ensuring accuracy of IFRS and US GAAP adjustments.
• Lead the preparation of US GAAP consolidated financial statements and support lender compliance reporting.
• Serve as the technical expert on IFRS and US GAAP, providing thought leadership and creating guidelines.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Drive enhancements in accounting processes, policies, and reporting.
• Contribute technical accounting and data expertise to various projects.
• Use various accounting software systems including ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure accurate billing functions.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting Management or Supervision
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with BlackLine
• Familiarity with Concur
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience in managing Accounting Functions
• Competence in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Auditing
• Experience in managing Billing Functions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
