What You'll Do:

• Set-up, adjust, and operate CNC Lathes to create parts that meet print specifications.
• Work with Fanuc and Haas controls.
• Understand fixture work coordinates and tool offsets.
• Machine a variety of parts using blueprints and pre-written CNC programs.
• Operate CNC Lathes daily with attention to detail and precision.
• Use tools like micrometers, depth micrometers, indicators, calipers, and thread gauges to ensure quality.
• Adjust vises or jaws as needed for set-up.
• Operate one or two machines on your own, with support from another operator when necessary.
• Help troubleshoot and solve machining issues.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet the specifications.
• Recognize when tools need replacing and make adjustments.
• Assist in training new operators and contribute to the growth of our team.
