Lathe Machinist

Established shop in Longmont, CO looking for experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Machinist. Must be highly skilled and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to produce tight toleranced aerospace flight parts. Position available for lathe machinist only. Weekday shifts Mon-Thur, 10 hr days. Qualifications

• Must be highly skilled and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to produce tight tolerance aerospace flight parts
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience including programming, set-up, machining and inspecting tight tolerance, low volume lathe parts in a variety of materials including stainless, aluminum, copper, titanium, and different engineering plastics
• Total tolerance of .0005" is not uncommon
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required
• Ability to inspect you own work required
• High School diploma or equivalent desired
• CNC programming: 4 years minimum with CAM desired.
