Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

We are a dynamic and growing company located in Natomas, CA, seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with AP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy
• Match purchase orders with invoices and receipts
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve payment issues
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and inquiries

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software QuickBooks Online or Desktop is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25 - $28 per hr.
