Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Project Manager to oversee and coordinate advertising campaigns from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between clients and creative teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and assist with resource allocation and scheduling.
- The successful candidate excels in managing projects, documenting, communicating, and handling deliverables, schedules, content reviews, project milestones, and risk management
- Work proactively to keep all stakeholders on task for on-time launches
- Attention to detail and an overall grasp of project timelines, risks, and issues are crucial
- Lead Complex Projects: Manage and execute significant and unique assignments with diverse and complex scopes, requiring intricate planning and direction-setting involving multiple stakeholders
- Market Expertise: Stay current on healthcare market research and trends within and beyond the Program, providing insights and support to answer marketplace questions
- Client Engagement: Gather client input to help identify and prioritize NMR (National Market Research) needs, ensuring client perspectives shape our research agenda
- Critical Issue Management: Proactively communicate with management to alert them to critical issues and provide guidance on addressing them
- Resource Optimization: Seek opportunities to leverage services and knowledge across the Program, maximizing efficiency and impact
- Project Management: Estimate and evaluate the size, scope, and costs of research projects
Requirements:
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
