The Database Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making within our team. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires advanced expertise in Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to cater to business needs.
• Manage and create paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder or other reporting tools, ensuring they are optimized and meet user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI solutions.
• Refine Power BI queries and datasets for performance and efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of data sources into Power BI.
• Present data findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards that provide clear, concise, and timely insights.
• Leverage your skills in Microsoft Power BI and Data Queries to optimize our data analysis and reporting processes.• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Database Analyst or a similar role in the IT department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is a must.
• Strong knowledge in writing data queries.
• Demonstrated understanding of relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
