Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Human Resource Generalist who is ready to grow into a leadership role. As the HR Generalist, you will provide hands-on support across all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role is designed with professional development in mind and offers the opportunity to advance into an HR Manager position within a defined timeframe as the company continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews
Administer employee onboarding, training, and development programs
Handle employee relations issues, acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries
Manage benefits enrollment and administration
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support performance review processes, including goal-setting and feedback
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance workplace culture
Assist in strategic HR initiatives to drive company growth
Actively contribute to HR projects and take on leadership tasks as you transition into an HR Manager role
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
A desire for growth into an HR Manager role
