We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our finance team and lead the forecasting and budgeting functions for our expanding international portfolio.

Job Summary: The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis processes across our global operations. This position will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing forecasts and budgets to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Develop and manage the forecasting and budgeting process for international operations.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather input and align forecasts with business strategies.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and projections to support short-term and long-term planning.

• Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and analysis.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different business strategies and external factors.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to support strategic decision-making.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning tools and systems to support global operations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with various departments, including accounting, operations, and strategy, to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
  • Provide financial support and guidance for international projects and initiatives.
