We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the medical industry, located in Miami, 33132. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and processing customer applications. Candidates interested in this role must also be flexible with the schedule as they will be working a rotating shift.
Responsibilities:
• Be proactive in gaining a thorough understanding of our business to provide top tier service to our customers.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Use probing questions to identify the root cause of customer inquiries and determine the best solution.
• Utilize the provided customer relationship management tool for researching inquiries, documenting customer interactions, and issuing replacements.
• Efficiently respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems.
• Bring enthusiasm to work every day and exhibit a positive attitude.
• Collect and analyze customer information to prepare product or service reports.
• Show proficiency in explaining complex, step-by-step processes to customers over the phone.
• Manage multitasking effectively by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers.
• Demonstrate reliability and responsibility as a team player.
• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in the retail industry
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Bilingual Spanish
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence
• Experience in call center customer service is a plus
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Must have experience in processing order entries
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centered approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required. Higher qualification in a relevant field will be considered a plus.
