Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Infusion/Clinical Pharmacist to join an infusion pharmacy in Chandler, AZ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with acute conditions, preparing sterile pounds in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks with potential for hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts within the hours of 8:00 am - 7:30 pm, with rotating "on-call" weekends

Pharmacy Focus:
- IVs/Hydration
- TPNs
- Antibiotics

Ideal Candidate:
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in an infusion pharmacy setting
- Strong clinical and munication skills to effectively work with patients and providers
