Salary Range: Based on experience
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to present OxeFit’s advanced strength training system units to a growing customer base through live demonstrations, excellent customer service, and driving sales activities both internally and externally.
Essential Functions:
Manage sales pipeline and customer sales lifecycle
Respond to all customer inquiries using various mediums (emails, phone calls, video calls etc) while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Perform outbound sales calls to target new revenue streams
Build, distribute, and track progress on customer quotations
Report sales progress to sales team
Schedule demos and conduct routine follow-ups on active leads
Maintain a subject-matter-expert level understanding of both XS1 and XP1 systems
Bridge the gap between customers and corporate teams by providing crucial customer feedback that can be used to improve internal processes
Weekend availability is required and ability to work with a varying work schedule
Uphold the OxeFit brand by exercising a self-starter mindset and keeping a positive attitude
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Health and Exercise Science, Personal Health, Business, or a related field
Personal training certification from an accredited institution
Demonstrated success in sales related roles as an individual contributor
Experience in all phases of the sale lifecycle from initiation to close
What makes you stand out:
Previous experience in an outbound call center or retail sales environment is preferred
Strong technical skills using programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce is preferred
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
