Technician and Lab Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct system-level performance tests on new product prototypes and competitive products.
• Execute performance and characterization testing, document results, and track units under test (UUTs).
• Utilize common hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and multimeters.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Proficiency in system-level testing, with a preference for experience in performance and characterization testing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with a proven ability to document test results, identify deviations, and report failures during testing.
• Familiarity with test instrumentation, including power supplies, power meters, and data acquisition systems.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information and test results, including the ability to provide test summaries.
• Self-motivated, capable of independently conducting tests according to written procedures to assist engineers in design evaluation.
• Ability to diagnose and debug circuits using schematics.
• Competence in basic soldering, wiring, fixture setup, and product labeling to track UUTs.
• Support the maintenance and management of lab facilities and equipment.
• Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
