Pay Details: 34.00 to 41.00 per hour

.The sky is the limit with this great opportunity! PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Experienced Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician in Hartford, CT. Pay = 34-41 per hour (dependent on experience)
Conversion bonus (upon full time hire) = up to 5000 (dependent on experience)

Job responsibilities for this role include:
Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment
Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
Assist with mechanical / electrical removals and installations
Ready to take flight with your career? Qualified candidates must have:
Avionics / electric A/C Technical School or other substantiated equivalent
2+ years avionics work experience or substantiated equivalent experience
Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings
Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status
Own Basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory & control of tools
A Certification, P Certification, or A & P Certificate
GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) or AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certificate preferred
Pay for this position commensurates with experience plus overtime as needed. These are temp to hire opportunities with an industry leading aerospace and aviation organization.
