Four Leaf LLC (Four Leaf) is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead / Architect to join our Salesforce Implementation team. Four Leaf is a system integration firm that leverages modern software development frameworks and approaches coupled with leading edge technology and low code no code platforms to expedite time to market. With a strong presence in Public Sector, Four Leaf supports some of the largest and most complex agencies in the United States. In this role as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect, the ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with our customers to design and architect state of the art systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

· Oversee design and architecture of complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions

· In depth familiarity and knowledge of different salesforce license models and limitations

· Drive the technical scoping and development of the solution

· Work with clients to conceptualize and define system architecture with a focus on scalability and ease of maintenance downstream

· Look for ways to improve performance, user experience, and adoption of the solution

· Think outside the box on solutions; look for optimal solutions aligned to our client’s unique needs

Desired Experience

· 5+ years experience defining application architecture, preferable for cloud solutions

· 3+ years working with salesforce in a technical role

· 3+ years experience in a lead capacity

· 3+ years experience working with large public sector customers

· Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology

· Proven ability to lead a cross functional team

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to travel as needed
