Description:
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Solutions. You’ll work on Apex Development, configuration, and best-practice architectural patterns to support both new product development and extension of existing Salesforce products. You will lead a team on solutioning the technical implementation and integration with Salesforce products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design data models, business logic, and integrations with external systems.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and validation rules using coding languages like JavaScript (React/Node), HTML/CSS, SQL, Salesforce development with Apex, Native, Visualforce, Lightning framework, SOQL, REST APIs, and RESTful web services.
- Develop custom applications using coding languages like JavaScript (React/Node), HTML/CSS, Apex, Native, Visualforce, Lightning framework, SOQL, Salesforce API Framework, Aura components, LWC.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions while leveraging as much native Salesforce functionality as possible.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver robust solutions that drive powerful experiences with customers.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications and process flows.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, and Salesforce Administrators, providing technical oversight and support.
- Implement and manage data migration strategies ensuring data integrity.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Flow, Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and customization capabilities.
- Experience with data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with SAAS products supporting B2C and B2B
