Joyal Capital Management is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to become a part of our team! JCM is a boutique asset management firm with over 35 years of experience working with clients to maximize the protection of their estates, through sophisticated wealth transfer techniques. Our Estate Planning division focuses on estate planning, asset protection, tax and probate (administration and litigation) for high net worth individuals, closely held corporations and family owned businesses.

We are seeking an associate for our estate planning department. The position will offer exposure to sophisticated estate plans, taxable estates, interaction with family offices and representing clients in probate and guardianship matters. Experience in asset protection and entity formation is desirable along with a LL.M. in Estate Planning or Tax.

Responsibilities:

-Proficiency in understanding, proofing and amending Dynasty Estate Plans for high net worth individuals

1. Prepare, draft and review complex estate planning documents.
2. Represent clients in probate matters.
3. Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
4. Provide guidance to Trustees and beneficiaries.
5. Meet with clients to discuss various strategies solving for the complex problems that come along with accumulating significant wealth.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
