Nova Health Therapies Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team and work with children on the autism spectrum. We have generous pay, paid trainings and a benefits package if you average 30 hours billable hours a week or more.  We are seeking both part time and full time. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Client Care: Work with infants and children who are on the autism spectrum. Provide one-on-one assistance, personalized attention and effective therapy.
• Behavioral Protocols: Implement and develop behavior skills for children on the spectrum, assisted by our team.
• Data Collection: Collect and record data on child's behavior to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with children, parents, and caregivers, providing updates on client progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Certification: We prefer that you be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have experience as a Behavior Technician (BT).
• Experience: Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals, especially children, with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed protocols.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to work with various clients and adjust to their unique needs and progress.
• Driving: Must have car and valid driver's license

We are looking for part-time or full-time employees. Pay range $22-28 based on experience and location. In addition, we pay for training at a lower rate, but which rate is higher than the minimum wage.
