Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Alabama
• SLP Educator certification for Alabama schools (fingerprint clearance required)
• SLP - CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) credentials
• Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students
• Must be committed to onsite services only

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and diagnostic services to students
• Conduct assessments, create and implement IEPs, and track progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain clear records and comply with all state and district requirements
• Stay current on best practices in school-based SLP services
