We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting and finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with complex accounting matters, financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reports
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve results and processes
• Participate in special projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
• Communicate financial information and provide accounting guidance to business partners and leadership teams
• Research and apply GAAP guidance to complex accounting transactions
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for management decision-making
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed

This role offers 2 days WFH.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Public accounting experience highly valued
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
