Job Description:

• Responsible for month-end closing procedures including bank reconciliations, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger analysis
• Recording daily client transactions in Yardi and NetSuite software
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Researching and implementing solutions for accounting discrepancies
• Assist Controller with quarterly budgeting and forecasting
• Contribute to other projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Accounting, or equivalent
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, specifically)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Yardi and NetSuite
