Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ability to work toward it (CFs considered)
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children of varying abilities
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills using standardized assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions
