Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ability to work toward it (CFs considered)
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children of varying abilities
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills using standardized assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates
• Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions
