Join a Stable Manufacturing TeamWe're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Injection Press Operators. In this role, you'll operate injection molding equipment, inspect and trim plastic parts, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Doâś… 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
âś… Injection molding experience preferred
âś… Ability to read and use a tape measure
âś… Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
✅ Ability to lift 10–15 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
âś… Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
âś… Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
Preferred ExperienceIdeal Candidate: Someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is looking for a stable company where they can grow and build a long-term career.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
