Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in school settings with children of various ages and abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Provide training or resources to staff and families as needed to ensure student success
