Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current NY SLP license in good standing
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• NYS TSHH or TSSLD – DOE certification required
• Previous experience providing services in a school setting is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to evidence-based practice

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other allied professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain timely and detailed service records and compliance with all state and federal regulations
