Step into a pivotal role supporting middle school students during a maternity leave assignment as a School Psychologist. This full-time assignment is set from October 1, 2026, through December 2026, allowing you to make a meaningful impact during a key portion of the academic year. As part of a supportive school community, you’ll work with a varied caseload of middle school students, conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and facilitating positive learning outcomes.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Active School Psychologist licensure in Illinois
• Professional experience in a school-based setting, particularly with middle school age students
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling abilities
• Expertise in developing effective, data-driven interventions
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, peers, and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and commitment to work full time, onsite, throughout the assignment

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations to identify learning and behavioral needs
