This role begins October 1, 2026, and is expected to extend through December 2026. You’ll be working full time, collaborating with school staff to assess student needs and create intervention strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Illinois School Psychologist license (required)
• Background working with middle school students preferred
• Familiarity with psychoeducational evaluations and counseling in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and strengths
• Develop and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with teachers and families
• Provide individual and group counseling to middle school students as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP consultations and progress reviews
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold best practices in confidentiality
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents on social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
