Job Description
As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of repetitive operations including packing, feeding, and handling piece parts in manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for picking up piece parts, positioning them in machines, visually checking parts for completion of previous operations, and starting and stopping equipment. Additionally, you will clear jams, visually inspect work before and after machine cycles, inform supervisors of non-conforming pieces, and clean chips from machines. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
Work on the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm, or the 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm-6am. Overtime is voluntary, with the option to work 12-hour days and weekends. The plant employs 270 people and requires PPE such as hearing and eye protection, and steel-toe or non-slip safety shoes. The environment can be loud and hot.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Antigo, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.90 - $20.31/hr.
