The General Laborer supports the manufacturing process by moving parts through each production stage, performing basic quality checks, and operating equipment to ensure efficient and accurate workflow. Work Environment
This role is based in a unionized manufacturing facility with approximately 100 employees, offering a structured and collaborative production environment. The position is on 2nd shift, running Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary with the seasons. Work is performed on the manufacturing floor around industrial machinery and material-handling equipment, including overhead cranes and other tools. Employees are expected to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate attire suitable for an industrial setting while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
