This is a one-month contract designed to support increased production demand, but employees who perform well can be extended for an additional two months and receive forklift certification training.

Flexible 1st Shift Hours

• 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Move materials throughout the production and warehouse areas
• Load materials into production equipment and support machine operators
• Stack, organize, and prepare products for shipment
• Build and secure pallets for storage and transportation
• Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment
• Assist with packaging, production, and warehouse activities
• Monitor production processes and keep work areas organized
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
• Support production teams wherever needed throughout the shift
• Stay active on your feet in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience
• Experience moving materials in a warehouse or production environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Motivation to learn new skills and grow within the company

This position is located in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in Franklin Park. Employees work in a safety-focused environment supporting production and warehouse operations. The role involves standing, walking, moving materials, and working with production equipment throughout the shift while being part of a collaborative team environment.
