Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing telehealth school psychological services, this contract position supports students within a school district near New Orleans, LA. The role requires licensed school psychologists to work full time, delivering assessments, interventions, and consultations remotely throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychological evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for services
• Providing telehealth counseling and crisis intervention to support student well-being
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation consistent with school policies and legal requirements
• Participating in meetings and professional development aligned with district goals

Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education Certification in School Psychology
• Current professional license in Louisiana or state of residence, with National Certification in School Psychology preferred for out-of-state candidates
• Experience delivering psychological services via telehealth platforms
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and collaborative skills appropriate to school settings
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload and adhere to school calendar schedules

Location: Telehealth services supporting students in the New Orleans area with base office located in Gretna, LA

Contract Duration: August 3, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch daily
