Engage directly with students, educators, and families onsite to provide high-impact psychological and assessment services in collaboration with a dedicated school staff.
In this position, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student support strategies
- Contribute expertise to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and confidential records compliant with district and state guidelines
- Support social, emotional, and academic development across assigned campuses (assignments and caseloads TBD)
- Adhere to all district and state protocols, including credentialing and documentation procedures
Ideal candidates bring:
- Current and active Louisiana Department of Education School Psychologist Certification
- Proven experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, consultation, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and team-oriented approach
- Ability to complete required district credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting, promptly
