Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS endorsement required
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Special Education or related field
• Previous experience working with middle school students in special education settings
• Familiarity with diverse learning needs and social-emotional challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful classroom culture

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diagnosed learning and social-emotional needs
