About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to join a growing aerospace and defense manufacturing team in Poway, CA. In this hands-on position, you will assemble and rework cables, wire harnesses, chassis, printed circuit boards, and other electronic and mechanical assemblies while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong soldering and cable assembly experience who can read blueprints, wire lists, and engineering drawings. You'll work with tools such as soldering equipment, hot tweezers, calipers, and tape measures to build high-quality products used in advanced technology applications.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of cable, wire harness, or electronic assembly experience

• Proficiency with soldering tools and assembly equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
