A reputable residential construction company is hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead carpentry crews on new home builds from rough framing through finish work. You will be responsible for planning daily activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with other trades while working hands-on with a variety of tools and equipment. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a carpentry crew on residential construction projects.
• Perform rough carpentry tasks including framing, backing, and blocking.
• Complete finish carpentry work including trim, cabinets, and door installation.
• Read and work from blueprints and layouts accurately.
• Plan daily work activities and keep projects on schedule.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain project timelines and efficiency.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and effectively.
Essential Skills:
• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience.
• Strong experience in both rough and finish carpentry.
• Previous experience leading crews or managing construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in quality workmanship.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with door and trim installation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities on the job site.
• Comfortable using a wide variety of tools and equipment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with crews, subcontractors, and supervisors.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
