What we’re seeking:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license
• Previous experience or a strong understanding of direct psychological services in K-12 school settings
• Proficiency conducting assessments, crisis response, and supporting students’ social-emotional needs
• Commitment to collaborative teamwork and clear communication
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom) for interviews and remote collaboration
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple assigned schools and age groups

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing direct school psychological support and counseling to students
• Conducting psychological testing and facilitating crisis response as needed
• Participating in regular Thursday multidisciplinary meetings
• Developing intervention strategies and supportive learning environments
• Collaborating with faculty, caregivers, and external partners to ensure comprehensive support
• Offering your professional perspective during team decision-making and planning
