Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent credentials
• Active school psychologist license issued by PELSB (Minnesota)
• Strong commitment to equitable, inclusive, and culturally responsive practices
• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based interventions and assessments
• Thorough understanding of K-12 educational and mental health supports

Preferred Background:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility for NCSP
• Experience providing consultation and intervention within MTSS frameworks
• Leadership skills to facilitate collaboration and support adult learners
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and mental health support procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal/state special education law and compliance
• Prior work in diverse, urban, or multicultural educational settings
